We apologize for the website downtime on July 27. Around midnight on July 27, we experienced a catastrophic failure of elements of the website. Much of this was due to some outdated elements of the old website that were not compatible with a new host server. We had an urgent need to migrate website hosts, so we decided to move forward with a redesign of the site, as we were unable to recover some elements of the previous website.

We appreciate your patience as we work to provide you with the most up-to-date information in a way that is easy to find. In an ideal world, we would have notified everyone in advance of this transition, but did not anticipate this change.
