Performance Improvement CommitteeRecognizing the critical importance of continuous quality improvement, a dedicated Performance Improvement (PI) Committee has been established as a subcommittee of the Medical Control Review Committee (MCRC). This PI Committee analyzes key data metrics defined by the MCRC to identify trends, areas for enhancement, and opportunities for optimization within the system. These performance improvement measures are non-punitive in nature, with a central focus on improving educational opportunities, directly benefiting patient care outcomes, and promoting ongoing professional development. By leveraging this data-driven approach, the PI Committee will formulate evidence-based recommendations aimed at fostering tangible and sustainable improvements in patient care and operational efficiency.
